This is a great product for a dormatory bunk mattress. The quality is good and the price is exceptional.

Not up to expectations but maybe because of price poor fitting, coarse fabric (paper thin) used as fill in for previous cover/ replaced.
All right for fill in but not continous use.

The description doesn't reveal the fact that the cover (twin xl) will fit only mattresses 9" deep. If yours is deeper, it won't fit. Otherwise, I can't say much about the product because I returned it unopened to the seller. I sent it according to their instructions and got NO REFUND. The seller claim they never received the return. Perhaps. Strangely, I never received a refund for another item purchased from their website either. The same reason - return not received. I see that two other Amazon customers had problems with their returns too. In my case the seller at least responded. I wasn't ignored. That's a plus. Nonetheless, if you decide to return something to this seller, spend some extra money and make sure you send it with a tracking number. Then you will have some chance to recover your money.

P.S.: The seller refunded my return of an item purchased directly from their website. The item purchased through Amazon has not be refunded. Nonetheless, now I believe that they genuinely can't locate it in their warehouse. I am increasing the rating to two stars.
